You see the whole month at a glance. The portal suggests a rota based on requests, closed days and rest rules, you adjust and publish. Staff are notified by e-mail.

Website and portal together at a package price. Care with hosting and monitoring is optional, with no lock-in. The portal interface is currently in Norwegian.
I used to spend a lot of time on the rotas. It could easily take four hours a month, including changes, and now it takes me an hour at most. The staff enter their wishes, confirm or decline, and get an overview of their own shifts. On top of that it is very easy for me to update the website myself: events, opening hours and menu prices. Stian helped us get the website and the portal tailored to how we work.

Can I try it first?
Yes. The demo is a copy of the portal with fictitious data, and you choose whether to go in as the manager or as an employee, without logging in.
What do the AI suggestions cost?
A few cents per suggestion. It runs on your own OpenAI account, where you can see the usage.
What happens when someone leaves or joins?
You add and remove staff yourself, and create a login for them with one click.
Does it work for businesses other than restaurants?
Yes, anyone with rotas: cafés, bars, shops, clinics. Shift types and rules are set up for you.
