Most of the software a small business needs, I can build. These are the things I am asked for most often.
A fast website made for your business rather than picked from a template. Menu, opening hours, table booking, gift cards and events where relevant. You can edit the content yourself afterwards.
A dedicated system for what is done today in Excel, on paper or in group chats. At Melboden that means rotas, shift requests, swaps and payroll data in one place, and the owner updating menu and opening hours on the website straight from the portal.
Tools built on language models, tailored to what you actually do. For example a chatbot that answers guests and takes orders, automatic handling of e-mail and enquiries, or integrations with the systems you already use.
I keep the solution running and up to date, and I am available when you want to change or add something. A fixed monthly fee or by the hour, your choice.

Reference
Melboden is a pizzeria in a flour storehouse from 1742 outside Oslo. The new owners needed a website that suited the place, and an easier way to plan rotas for seven staff. Both are delivered and in use.
Pricing
You always get a written quote before anything starts, and the price holds. I work from Portugal with low fixed costs, and that shows in the price compared with agencies in Norway or elsewhere in Northern Europe.
The most common. We agree on what is to be delivered and you get one price for the whole job. Suits websites, portals and well-defined AI tools.
For smaller tasks, changes and projects where the scope is not clear yet. You see the hours as we go.
A fixed amount per month for hosting, updates and small changes. Cancel at any time.

About
I am a Norwegian developer living in Portugal. Renhult Digital is my sole proprietorship, where I build websites and digital tools for small businesses, mainly in Norway so far.
Alongside this I am co-founder and technical lead of NeraTek, Lda, a Portuguese company building AI-based solutions for businesses. I bring that experience to smaller businesses that need something custom without agency prices.
You always deal directly with me. I design, build and run the solutions myself.
Questions
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code lives in a repository you have access to, and you can move everything to someone else at any time.
A website runs on Cloudflare's free tier. A staff portal needs the paid Workers plan, about 5 euros a month, plus a few cents of AI usage. If you choose monthly care with me, this is included.
Yes. Booking systems, chatbots, automation, integrations and other tools built on AI. Describe what you need and I will tell you whether it is realistic and what it would cost.
Yes. I tidy up and structure what you have, and I will tell you if a photo should be checked for usage rights before it goes online.
Any you need. This site is in Norwegian, English and Portuguese. The staff portal is currently Norwegian only.
You get an invoice from Renhult Digital in Portugal, with a VAT number. Payment by card or bank transfer. Larger projects are usually split in two: half at the start and the rest at launch.
