Most scheduling apps charge per employee every month. The staff system costs once and is set up for you. Here are the differences, and what it adds up to over time.

A subscription may fit better when
- you are a chain with many locations and your own HR department
- you already have till, booking and payroll from one provider and are happy with it
- you want full payroll processing in the same system (here the payroll data is prepared, and payroll is run in your accounting system)

Frequently asked questions
Is a one-off price really cheaper?
It depends on the number of staff and how long you use it. Use the calculator with the price you pay today. With 10–30 staff, the one-off price usually pays for itself within a couple of years.
What if we already use an app?
Then we move your staff and setup over for you. Many keep the app until the first rota in the new system is published.
What is included in the one-off price?
Setup for your place, everything on this page and training. Hosting with backups and small changes is optional, NOK 190 a month.
